Amenity Renter FAQ
Are you ready to rent, but have a few questions about how Mount works? for IOS users, and for Android users download the app
You might be here cause you hit a little bump in the road, (hopefully not literally). This FAQ will get you back to smooth sailing.
So let’s start off with the easy stuff.
Electric amenities, such as scooters, bikes, and golf carts go up to 15-20 miles per hour, last 4 hours, and will take around 4 hours to recharge. When a ride is not in progress, should ALWAYS be on the rental property and charging if the battery is below 50%.
“Oh %$#!, My amenity died”
If your electric amenity battery dies on you while you’re out, email us at email@example.com and Mount will only charge you for your actual ride time. Once you email us, be sure to get the amenity back to the rental property and plug it up to the charger.
If you are having app troubles, like your ride won’t end, first try to reload the app and disconnect the Wi-Fi. If that doesn’t work, don’t worry, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what time you got back to the rental property, this way we will only charge you for ride time.
Let’s say you can’t connect to an amenity. Try reloading the app, if that doesn’t work, email email@example.com so they can unlock it remotely. No response? Lock up your amenity and report damage through the app.
SAFETY FIRST! Don’t forget to wear a helmet when required by law and NEVER use amenities under the influence!
